Elevated collaboration through the lens of Levi’s. For Studio Ghibli’s first Princess Mononoke partnership, we connected to fans with a phased launch and engaging point-of-sale celebrating the artistry of Hayao Miyazaki.

Our collaboration with this classic animated feature film pays tribute to the enchanting world created by its makers, Japan’s pioneering Studio Ghibli. Pairing Levi’s iconic style with the film’s beloved aesthetic, we’ve created an artful collection with poetry woven into every piece.

AWAKEN YOUR INNER FOREST SPIRIT

In Princess Mononoke, nature is as much a character as any of the humans or animals—in fact, some of the characters are themselves living spirits of nature.

Inspired by this, we shot our collection in natural settings through an aspirational lens that reinforces an authentic connection to the physical and emotional landscapes of the film. Using darkness and light as a visual metaphor, we immersed the cast and collection in the lush and evocative world of Princess Mononoke
